Fayaz Mitha and Humberto Estrada, both Glen Allen, Virginia natives, have shared a lifelong journey together. While Fayaz consistently ventures into successful business endeavors, Humberto has established himself as the proud proprietor of Estrada Quality Drywall. Leveraging their extensive network of contacts, they embarked on a remarkable journey to construct a bespoke home. This journey led them to the 2023 Homearama Homebuilding Show, where they were able to showcase the expert craftsmanship that Monaco Homes is known for today. While their Homearama home was under construction, they were introduced to Real Estate Agent Gary Martin, who has since managed their listings and custom home sales consultations.
